By accessing and using SaiBets ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

SaiBets provides sports betting tips, analysis, and predictions for entertainment and informational purposes. Our service includes both free and premium content related to sports betting strategies.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Maintain the security of their account credentials
• Use the service responsibly and legally
• Not share premium content with non-subscribers
• Be of legal gambling age in their jurisdiction

4. Disclaimer and Risk Warning

IMPORTANT: Sports betting involves significant financial risk. All predictions and tips are for informational purposes only and should not be considered as guaranteed winning strategies. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Users should:

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

Premium subscriptions are available in four different plans: Monthly Premium (35€/month), 3 Months Premium (95€/3 months), 6 Months Premium (180€/6 months), and Yearly Access (300€/year). Payments are processed through IBAN bank transfer only. Subscriptions do not automatically renew.

Subscription Renewal: When your subscription period expires, our website will automatically generate a new invoice for you to pay. You must manually send the payment via IBAN bank transfer to continue your premium access. No automatic charges will be made to your account.

Accepted Currencies: We accept payments in the following currencies: AUD, CAD, CZK, CNY, DKK, EUR, GBP, HUF, HKD, CHF, JPY, NOK, PLN, RON, RUB, SEK, TRY, USD.

Payment Processing: All payments are processed via secure IBAN bank transfer. Payment instructions and invoice details will be provided upon subscription selection and renewal. Payment confirmation may take 1-3 business days depending on your bank's processing time.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and analysis, is the property of SaiBets and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

SaiBets shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service, including but not limited to betting losses.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts for violation of these terms. Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
